Important Volunteer Information

Please add arts@fremontabbey.org and volunteer@fremontabbey.org to your filters/priority inbox

If you are unable to make your shift, please unregister through the Eventbrite system to release the shift. We may not have time to remind you about your shift, so please come on by unless we email you otherwise. There are typically many needs to help with and new friends to meet.

We provide some on the job volunteer training for each shift but please let your House Manager know if it's your first shift at a particular venue**.

Generally speaking you'll get to enjoy most if not all of the performance.

COVID Safety:

• All public health guidelines must be followed
• Musicians & attendees must pre-screen and be free of any symptoms
• Masks are required for any indoor locations except when eating/drinking
• Safe distance of 6 feet or more required for all participants/pods
• Musicians will distance further when singing
• All King County Public Health Guidelines followed

More event info:

• Please refrain from talking or texting during the show.
• Please enter quietly if the show has already begun.
• Please leave quietly, it's a very quiet neighborhood.
• Kids 10 & under are free at Abbey Arts concerts & arts events unless noted.
